Australian high-performance swimming coach

Greg Salter is one of Australia’s most respected high-performance swimming coaches, with decades of experience developing elite swimmers and international-level athletes.

He has coached numerous Australian representatives, including Olympians, World Championship medallists, and Commonwealth Games champions.

Known for his expertise in stroke technique, race strategy, and athlete development, Greg helps young athletes reach their potential through a scientific and personalised coaching approach.

Throughout his career, he has worked with swimmers at national and international levels, focusing on strong fundamentals, efficient movement patterns, and a high-performance mindset.
